Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Contact & booking details. When you book a session or use our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, preferred dates, and session location.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles it under their own privacy policy.
• Photographs. Photos from your session are stored securely and delivered through a private, access-code-protected gallery.
• Agreements. When you accept a photo release or gallery terms, we record your name, the date/time, and your IP address so both of us have a reliable record.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm, and deliver your photography session and gallery
• To process payments, deposits, and invoices
• To send session-related emails (confirmations, reminders, gallery delivery)
• To respond to inquiries and provide support
• To improve the website and our services
• With your consent, to showcase session photos in our portfolio and marketing

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the business run:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — secure database hosting
• Cloudflare — photo storage and delivery
• Resend — transactional email
• Vercel — website hosting
• Google — analytics and business reviews

Each processes data only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your photos

Your gallery is private and protected by an access code. Galleries remain available for 90 days by default (we're happy to extend on request). We retain archive copies of delivered work so we can help if you lose your files. Any use of your photos in our portfolio or marketing is covered by the release you accept at booking or gallery access — if you'd like a photo removed from public display, email us and we'll take it down.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses a small number of cookies: an essential session cookie for the admin area and Google Analytics cookies to measure site traffic. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings (or use Google's opt-out tool) without affecting your ability to use the site.

Your choices & rights

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information (except records we're required to keep, like payment history)
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe option
• Ask us to remove your photos from public display

Children

We photograph families and minors only with a parent or guardian's involvement and consent. The website itself is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 online.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
